Pleated Black layering skirt 2XL

Everyone's favorite layering skirt! I wear mine layered over pants or by itself! I'm obsessed!

Made with cotton rip-stop material, sourced from a local art shop. I only have one roll of this fabric, so when it's gone it's gone forever! 

It has a snap closure so it is adjustable a few inches 

Edges are raw but will only fray 1/8" because the fabric is rip-stop and meant to not fray 

Waist band can fit 44-46" best
